How to participate

Are you an innovative company? Do you have a product, an application, an interface that belongs to one of this year’s subcategories? Are you an ergonomist or a designer who has designed a product/artifact following User Centered Design methodologies? You can participate to Eu-Design Award 2016-2017 by enrolling 1 to 5 products / digital artifacts / services.

Here are the details of what you should do in order to candidate your product:

  1. Download here the instruction to participate and the application forms:
  2. Fill in one form for each product/digital artifact/service that you wish to enroll, both in Italian and in English, with the information required. Please follow the instruction carefully;
  3. Save the form in .doc format, the name of the file should correspond to the name of the product and of the manufacturer: eg. nameofproduct-companyname.doc;
  4. For each product/digital artifact/service that you wish to candidate, please insert any material that best illustrate the product, by following the instructions: texts, high-resolution images, demos, movies, etc.
  5. Send the form/s and the illustrative material via e-mail to the following address: (max. 20 MB in size)

Administrative fees

The artifacts will be enrolled and examined by the Commission upon payment of the administrative fees:

  1. For each artifact € 70,00 + VAT 22%
