Francesc Aragall

He has developed his professional activity in the fields of ergonomics, biomechanics, accessibility and Design for All concept widely disseminated by the Design for All Foundation, of which he is founder and president. He is also general manager of ProAsolutions, SL, Consultancy Company located in Barcelona and Porto, the company applies the Design for All concept to architecture, urban planning and transport projects among other fields. He is as well patron of Barcelona Design Centre Barcelona (BCD-Catalonia), member of the Societal Advisory Board (SOAB), and serve on the Council of the International Association for Universal Design (Japan). Lecturer on several postgraduate courses as well as frequent speaker at international conferences, he is author of several publications in the field of Design for All, for instance the European Concept for Accessibility Technical Assistance Manual (2003 edition), Universal Design: The HUMBLES Method for User-Centred Business (January 2012) and co-author of ECA for Administrations (2008) and Design for All in progress, from theory to practice (ECA 2013)

Gianluca Brugnoli

Architect, Ph.D. in Industrial Design. Executive Creative Director at frog, for over twenty years driving innovation in products and services and user experience projects for major European companies, including GE, Orange, UBS, Sky, Intesa Sanpaolo, Al Jazeera and others. Researcher and professor at the Polytechnic School of Design in Milan, where he founded the Master in Strategic Design also offers training on design and innovation in various post-graduate courses for Polidesign, Domus Academy, CIID and others.

Cinzia Dinardo

A Degree in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano, Certified Ergonomist Eur.Erg. Cinzia works in the field of user experience design and is the founder of the first laboratory of ergonomics and usability in Puglia, She has been for several years a researcher in the field of ergonomics at CETMA, the Research Centre of Brindisi. She has worked as a usability expert in Gambro-Baxter, a leading manufacturer of dialysis machines, and in several areas such as product design, medical design, Interaction and visual design. She has been for four years Coordinator for the Delegation Apulia Basilicata of ADI (Association for Industrial Design) for the ADI Design Index. She was president of the Section SIE Lombardy-Liguria 2012-2015.

Antonella Frisiello

Psychologist and Master in Ergonomics, Antonella works as User Experience Researcher at ISMB (, in the Mobile Solutions Research Area, focusing on the design and development of innovative mobile services. Expert in Human Centred Design, she have been participating to National and European research projects, leading user studies, participatory design activities and field trials involving real users and stakeholders. As member of the Human Factors Technical Body of ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute), she participated to standardization projects focusing on the Personalization of ICT products and services and eHealth systems. From the 2003 she collaborates as lecturer at several universities, both national (Università di Torino, Politecnico di Torino) and international ones (Universidad de Vic, Espana, Universidad del Azuay, Ecuador). From the 2014 is member of the National Board and Regional President of SIE, the Italian Society of Ergonomics and member of the scientific board of WUD – World Usability Day Turin.

Ambrogio Rossari

Born in 1943 in Salò, he got in 1966 a Diploma in Industrial Design in Venice. In 1970 he graduated with a Master in Product Design at IIT in Chicago. He began his free-lance activity in 1971 and works as designer with many firms in Italy and abroad in many fields: from table top to kitchen accessories, from lamps to bath accessories. He works also in exhibition design and graphic design. He has been curator of cultural exhibition: Award "Design Plus" Award in 1987 and selected for "Compasso d'Oro ADI" in 1987, 1989 and 1991. He has been juror in international design competition and speaker in several international design meetings. He has been teaching design at Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan (Italy). He is President of ADI Lombardy since 2010. He teaches Design at Accademia di Belle Arti Cignaroli di Verona since 2013.

Elisabetta Schiatti

I love Music Industry, technology and the amazing opportunities that digital transformation offers to innovate services and business models.

Isabella Tiziana Steffan

She holds a Degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and has been a member of the Association of P.C.C. Architects of the city of Milan since 1982. A Certified European Ergonomist since 2001, Isabella actively works in the field of accessible design, Design for All and Ergonomics both for private and public customers. She has been a member of the Permanent Observatory of Design ADI for 15 years and a consultant of the Institute for Blind People of Milan on the evaluation of accessibility of websites. She performs teaching activities for several Institutes, among which Politecnico di Milano, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. She is national secretary of SIE, member of IEA2018 Committee, chair of the new IEA Technical Committee Ergonomics and Design for All, and a founding member of the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT.

Francesca Tosi

Architect, is Full Professor of Industrial Design at Department of Architecture DIDA, University of Florence. She is currently: President of Degree in “Industrial Design”, University of Florence, Director of Laboratory of Ergonomics in Design, Director of “Master in Ergonomics, of envinronment, products and organizations”. Since 2010 she is President of SIE, Italian Ergonomics and Human Factors Society.
